  • Our office hours are 8am to 6pm Monday to Friday. We are closed on weekends and statutory holidays. Email is our preferred method of communication. Time sensitive updates for dogs scheduled that day are best by text.

  • Hikes require 48 hours notice for rescheduling. Training and boarding require 24 hours notice.

  • These are windows. Dogs and traffic can affect our timing so please be patient.

  • We service Cumberland, Royston and West Courtenay. Clients from outside these areas are welcome to meet us in Cumberland for pick up and drop off.

  • Pick up and Drop off are between the hours of 8am and 6pm. We charge per day regardless of pick up and drop off times. Dogs should be crate trained.
